Addiction is the only prison that lock's you on the inside.
Addiction is the condition that results when a person inject a substance ( e.g alcohol, concain ) or engages in an activities ( e.g gambling, sex, shopping, eating e.t.c ) that can be pleasurable but the continuation of which becomes compulsive and interferes with ordinary responsibilities and concerns, such as work, relationships or health.

People who have developed Addiction may not be aware that their behaviour Is out of control and causing problems for themselves and others.

It's a mental disorder that causes a type of relationship to the Brain. It's a need for habit-forming substance such as Alcohol or Drugs. ADDICTION is a devil that resides with us.

Whether you want to quit something or start something, they are always a reason. They can help you through this too, just tell them about Your decision and tell them why you took it. They will take up the rest

Psychology's keep saying a record journal provides you self motivation and inspiration for quitting addictions as you can track your progress

KEEP AWAY FROM TRIGGERS
